What temperature can this unit hold?

Each state mandates a different holding temperature for hazardous foods. We make our units to hold between 140-160 degrees to comply with any state and local regulations.

What is the shipping time frame?

We ship all out units out FedEx ground. Depending on your location that can be anywhere from 1-5 days depending on the distance. If you needed your unit by a particular date please CONTACT US.

Does this unit come fully assembled?

Our units come fully assembled and ready to use straight out of the box.

What if I need my unit by a specific date?

If you have an upcoming event or need any of our products by a specific date please CONTACT US and we will try our best to accomodate your needs.


5.

 What warranty does do your products come with?

All our products come with a full 6 month warranty on parts and labor.

7.

What is your return policy?

We accept the return of any of our products within 30 days of receipt of the unit. The unit must be in new condition and properly packaged for the return shipment back to our location.
